Background

Historically discreet with revealing design talent, Nike’s recruitment team sought a new approach to demystify their culture while attracting a wider net of creatives.

Craft the Future became the call to action to invite new creative talent to come join Nike. Inspired by the tools of modern makers, the campaign visual system was built to feel both tactile and digital, expanding to a series of over 10 vignettes sharing an inside look at the people who drive sport culture forward.
